He enjoys surfing, baseball statistics, listening to Muddy Waters, herding cats, and driving his VW bus. Nick is inspired by the early days of surfing and beach culture, including the vintage color palette, typography and nostalgia that go along with it. He resides on the island of O’ahu, Hawai’i where he creates tasty compositions to share with his friends and strangers.

Her early fascination was with manga, especially the works of artists Yuu Watase, Ai Yazawa and Osamu Tezuka. Born and raised in the countryside of Japan, Kris moved to Hong Kong at the age of nine. She spent two years of high school in New Zealand where she discovered a world outside manga, particularly inspired by the art of Maori tattoos, the imaginative and sometimes eerie works of Dave McKean and Neil Gaiman. She moved to Hawaii in 2006.

Although she never went to formal art school, Margaret has been embracing art her entire life as it is an important passion in her life. Born on Oahu, she embraces the lush colors, textures and moods that she has long been surrounded by and translates it into her own language of soft muted hues and comforting tones. Now a painter, surfer, music producer to list a few of this talented and successful artist’s titles, his style has always been very simple and easy to understand and also entertaining. He has no doubt been a leader in the surf art scene in Japan and has collaborated with many companies, too. He has been showing his work in California since 1997 at surf art shows at Laguna Art Museum and the Surf Gallery.

He also has an established reputation for his various creative works, leading him to become involved with advertisements, web designs, coining his own styles in hair salons, and writing articles for magazines. His pieces are a blend of digital and analog taste
Sixteen years have passed since he established his own apparel label, Cloveru, which has many fans and is well known in Japan. Sho is heavily influenced by Taro Okamoto, Barry McGee, Sailor Jerry, Peter Max, Marc Newson, and also his grandfather, who loved painting, and his father, who loved jazz. Sho continues to enthusiastically support charity events & activities as well as grom surfing.
