RESERVATIONS MANAGER

  • Description

    The Reservations Manager is responsible for the management of the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation within Central Reservations in accordance with the corporate organization’s policies and applicable laws, which includes participating in formulating and carrying out organizational policies, objectives, and programs; managing the day-to-day operations and coordinating activities of employees engaged in receiving and scheduling vehicle reservation bookings and movements for all inbound and outbound tours; and establishing, implementing, and maintaining customer service standards to ensure customer satisfaction for all services provided by Central Reservations. RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR

    Receive all vehicle reservation bookings and movements for inbound and outbound tours. Record and distribute orders for transportation movements upon request. Assign vehicles and jobs to drivers, and ensure that all movements run smoothly. TARIFF MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE

FLEET MAINTENANCE MANAGER

    Under general supervision of the Travel Plaza Director of Operations, manages the maintenance operations and general conditions of the mechanical and body and fender repair of all types of gasoline and diesel driven automotive equipment. Ensures the effective and efficient quality of maintenance operations.

    Requirements

    Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
    1. Completion of a recognized apprenticeship in automotive/equipment mechanic trade or;
    2. Two years experience as a lead automotive technician first class mechanic; or
    3. Have four years in lower classification or equivalent experience; and
    4. Have previous management experience.
    5. ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) training and certification required.

    Licenses:
    1. Possession of a valid Hawaii State Drivers License with clean drivers abstract. Must be able to pass State of Hawaii D.O.T. driving requirements for a class B, passenger endorsement, commercial driver’s license.

ACCOUNTANT

    Essential Functions * Performs general ledger accounting function in accordance with established accounting systems to meet company and regulatory requirements. * Processes business costs and expenses by verifying proper authorization and supporting documents, and assigning accounts.     * Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration with an accounting or finance concentration from an accredited college or university.
    * Experience in public accounting desirable.
    * 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting.
