    Primary Responsibilities: Under direction of the Manager, manages and coordinates activities involving operations, customer service, and all related activities including field support, to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations, and to maximize profits by performing the following duties. Essential Functions: 1.Participate in formulating and carrying out organizational policies, objectives, and programs for Japanese Answering Service (JAS). 2.Assist JAS management with the day-to-day operations and coordinate activities of employees involved in giving information by telephone to callers from companies that have contracted such services.     JTB Hawaii is currently recruiting for the newly created position of Corporate Risk Manager. This position will report to the Corporate Director of Human Resources and will service all JTB Hawaii companies. • This position is responsible for identifying, evaluating and analyzing risks inherent to the operations of the JTB Groups. • Formulates, implements administers and evaluates risk management strategies to cost-effectively manage those risks. • Plans, implements, and coordinates safety programs to reduce or eliminate property damage and financial losses statewide. • Reviews financial documents to include contracts, loss run reports, insurance renewals documents, etc. Essential Functions: • Formulate, develop and coordinate safety and loss control functions for the JTB group companies. • Responsible for all safety policies and training programs for the JTB Group companies. • Analyze accident reports and injury trends to implement programs intended to minimize risk and cost to the companies. • Assist with conducting accident investigations according to DOT guideline investigations. CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

    Primary Responsibilities: Under general supervision, the Customer Service Rep (CSR) assists customers using the Oli Oli Walker, buses, trolleys, and other modes of transportation at various locations. Monitors the traffic flow and adjusts the timing between Walkers by communicating with drivers and TPT dispatch. Essential Functions: 1. Provide excellent customer service and a stress free experience for all of our valued customers, and follow company guidelines with regards to passenger safety. 2.     Primary Responsibilities: Under general supervision independently performs gasoline and/or diesel engine overhaul, repair, and servicing of vehicles and equipment in a diversified fleet. GUIDE/GIFT COORDINATOR (JAPANESE/ENGLISH)

    Primary Responsibilities: Under general direction of the Daily Service Assistant Manager, accepts requests for guide assignments by JTB Hawaii Travel, LLC and/or any other affiliated business partners, and assigns tasks to our guides or contracted freelance guides. Ensure that all of the guide operation goes smoothly and maintain customer satisfaction. For Daily Gift Operation, assembles gift baskets according to the orders received by JAS and delivers them to designated locations which mainly consist of Waikiki hotels. Essential Functions: GUIDE 1. Communicate with tour guides, including freelance and J-1 tour guides, to assign and confirm the next day’s schedule. 2. Correspond to order requests from respective business partners via emails, faxes, and applicable systems such as TOGO. Investigate and verify the incidence with guides if any complaints are received. 3. Calculate weekly work hours for guides and submit the report to payroll department via interoffice mail, email, or FAX on time. 4. Receive invoices from freelance guides, verify the invoice amount, and submit it to Administrative Manager. 5. Issue invoices to JTB and each guide agencies, and submit the invoices to the Administrative Manager. 6. Estimate monthly freelance guide payments and submit the estimate report to the Accounting Department. 7.
